It’s great to celebrate being recognised once in a while. Twice in quick succcesion is great. But three times in a week! Wow. We are blown away. But that’s exactly what has happened.
First our CEO, Christopher Brooks was named as a Top 30 Customer Service Influencer by ProcedureFlow.
Second SurveySensum announced their Global CX Thought Leader list and again Christopher is listed.
And then to finish off a week of recognition FeedSpot has recognised our CXSuperheroes podcast series as one the planets top 15 ‘You Must Follow for Customer Service.
Whilst we’d always take a client’s approval of a CX Transformation programme we’ve designed or an improved outcome KPI as a mark of acheivement over anything else, we can’t deny being a little chuffed when those in our sector recognise the contribution we’ve made.
